Self-awareness for Everyone [SAFE] is the community brand that has been established in 2020 to bring awareness in a community and remove stigma of mental health and creating a safer place for people to feel understood loved, cared, and be reminded to practice self-care and awareness and be able to talk about things they can’t speak about from depression, pains, anxieties, panic attacks and the relatable things. 

It’s a non-profit organization supporting mental health awareness and education for young adults We provide advocacy, education, support, public awareness and a focus on young adults ages 14–50, Active Minds is opening up the conversation about mental health and creating lasting change in the way mental health is talked about, cared for, and valued in the community.

What is mental health?

Mental health  involves all our daily life in terms of our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. 

Mental Health affects our 

  • Ability to learn
  • Ability to feel, express and manage a range of positive and negative emotions
  • Ability to form and maintain good relationships with others
  • Ability to cope with and manage change and uncertainty

Therefore a good management of  our Mental health is very important to  every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

In our Daily lives we all face  mental health concerns from time to time, however  a mental health  disorder becomes serious  whenever you  experience ongoing signs and symptoms that let you  have frequent stress and affect  your daily activities .

Mental illness include depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, addictive behaviors ,eating disorders  etc.
